These are the terms which cover the use of the Music Supported Here website, musicsupportedhere.com. Please read these terms carefully, as they set out the basis on which you are allowed to use this web site, the information contained within it and the facilities provided by Us. 2.1.4 offensive, obscene, insulting, false, defamatory, unreliable, misleading, unsuitable, likely to bring the Site or the Campaign into disrepute or otherwise inappropriate.

2.3.2 delete, remove or suspend the whole or any part of the Site, including any Content or link that you provide, without notice to you and without incurring any liability;

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the Musicians Union including without limitation the Musicians Union name, logo and any and all associated rights, and Music Supported Here including without limitation its name, logo and any and all associated rights, belong to Us.
3.2 Except as clearly and expressly stated and permitted on the Site, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any Intellectual Property Rights of Us, our agents, partners or licensors without our express written permission.
4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
4.1 The Content of this website is for general information only and should not be regarded as constituting legal or business advice or opinion.
