These are the terms which cover the use of the Music Supported Here website, musicsupportedhere.com. 2.1.2 capable of infringing Our or any other person or other entity's Intellectual Property Rights;
2.1.3 in breach of any applicable law, whether criminal or otherwise, or in a manner which would involve Us or any other person in any breach of the law; or
2.1.4 offensive, obscene, insulting, false, defamatory, unreliable, misleading, unsuitable, likely to bring the Site or the Campaign into disrepute or otherwise inappropriate.

2.2 In addition, you must not use the Site to:
2.2.1 abuse, harass, stalk or threaten others;
2.2.2 upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of our or any other computer or attempt to bypass any of the security measures implemented on the Site or any of the systems connected with the Site;

2.3 We shall be entitled at any time to:
2.3.1 alter the design or presentation of the Site without notice to you and without incurring any liability;
2.3.2 delete, remove or suspend the whole or any part of the Site, including any Content or link that you provide, without notice to you and without incurring any liability;
2.3.3 block or withhold your access to the Site if we have reasonable grounds to suspect any breach by you of these Terms, or that we have incurred or may incur any liability in connection with the Site, or if your use or Content or linked site is otherwise inappropriate.

2.4 By submitting Content to Us, our duly authorised agents or to the Site you thereby grant Us a free non-exclusive licence for Us and our duly authorised agents, our licensees and supporters to use such Content in connection with the Site and the Campaign.

2.5 You agree to indemnify Us against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these Terms by you, your employees or agents or from any use of the Site by you or from any of the information, links or Content provided by you.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the Musicians’ Union including without limitation the Musicians’ Union name, logo and any and all associated rights, and Music Supported Here including without limitation its name, logo and any and all associated rights, belong to Us.

3.2 Except as clearly and expressly stated and permitted on the Site, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any Intellectual Property Rights of Us, our agents, partners or licensors without our express written permission.

4. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY

4.1 The Content of this website is for general information only and should not be regarded as constituting legal or business advice or opinion. Nothing appearing on this site is intended to be a substitute for obtaining specific legal and/or business advice from a competent professional on the specific circumstances of any particular case.
